These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by YewNet ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any YewNet service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
YewNet provides hosting-related services including, but not limited to:
Web hosting
Game server hosting
Related infrastructure and add-on services
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" unless otherwise stated.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
YewNet is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You may not use YewNet services to:
Violate any applicable UK, EU, or international laws
Host or distribute malware, phishing, or malicious content
Abuse system resources beyond allocated limits
Engage in DDoS attacks or network abuse
Host content involving child exploitation, terrorism, or hate violence
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice for violations.
5. Payments & Billing
All services are billed in GBP (£)
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
Prices may change with prior notice
Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
- Immediate service termination
- Account suspension
- Permanent service denial
- We encourage customers to contact support before disputing charges.
7. Backups & Data Responsibility
While YewNet may provide backups, you are ultimately responsible for your data.
We are not liable for:
- Data loss
- Corruption
- Accidental deletion
8. Uptime & SLA
Unless explicitly stated in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA):
No guaranteed uptime percentage is provided
Scheduled maintenance may occur without compensation
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services at any time for policy violations
- Terminate services with reasonable notice for operational reasons
- You may terminate your services at any time via the client portal.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YewNet shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the previous billing cycle.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
